$20 per person, per group (spaces available)
Do you get anxious about setting or keeping boundaries? Do you feel responsible for everyone’s well-being or feel guilty when you don't step in? You're not alone, and relationships don't have to be this way!
Codependent relationship patterns often lead to feelings of guilt, anxiety, depression and exhaustion.
Group art therapy can help you connect with your true self, deeper desires and needs, and cultivate empowerment alongside others who get it. Art making in groups can help you identify deeper thoughts and feelings, making the healing process more dynamic and thorough. You don’t need to have any art experience, interest, or skill to get the most out of art therapy!
