Art Changes
Art Therapy for Givers
Welcome.
I’m Danielle. I started Art Changes to bring the power of art therapy into the lives of givers: anyone who spends their time on the wellbeing of others.
Art Changes creates spaces of transformation and strengthening, so those that give can do so with a full cup.
For Therapists
Art as Self-Care Workshops for mental health professionals
Join me for three hours of psychoeducation, interactive self-care processes, and tools that can change the way you view self-care.
Consider hiring me to host a workshop for clinicians at your facility, or join one of my virtual sessions!
Art Therapy Consultation and Assessment
Are you working with a client who can’t seem to break through a barrier? Do you feel like you need more information on what’s happening internally for them? I do 1-3 adjunctive sessions with individuals, couples, and families where I use art therapy techniques to assess for deeper issues and overcome barriers in treatment.
“Danielle’s use of art assessment in family therapy really helps to bring out the unconscious patterns and dynamics that families engage in. As a therapist, it has also helped to gain a better understanding of the family quickly.”
-Stephanie, LMFT
"The workshop was very inspiring. Danielle's empathetic guidance was very comforting and provided a safe space to engage with my personal topics in a creative way and make progress."
-Arani, self-care workshop participant
For Everyone Who Gives:
Individual Art Therapy
Do you get anxious about setting or keeping boundaries? Do you feel responsible for everyone’s well-being or feel guilty when you don't step in? You're not alone, and relationships don't have to be this way!
I specialize in helping those who struggle with codependency overcome guilt, anxiety, and exhaustion to experience what balanced, fulfilling connection with others looks like. You don’t have to love others less in order to love yourself more.
Using a blend of art therapy and talk therapy, we can create a sacred space that's just yours to fill, no art experience or skill required!

Group Art Therapy
Group art therapy can help you connect with your true self, deeper desires and needs, and cultivate empowerment alongside others who get it.
Art making in groups can help you identify deeper thoughts and feelings, making the healing process more dynamic. You don’t need to have any art experience, interest, or skill to get the most out of art therapy!
This group is good for people who:
Struggle to know if something is or is not their responsibility
Find themselves tired from taking care of others
Struggle to set or keep boundaries
Feel guilty or anxious about their needs in relationships
